We will refund the entire amount that you paid for our services if -
- The client's order is cannot be completed.
- We receive the cancel request before the start of development.
- The quality of code is not up to the mark and client provide the explanation of the matter.
- The resulting outcome is not according to the given specifications when reviewed on our development server.
Refund request does not accepted if -
- The client receive the project file pack or we installed the project on client's server.
30% up-front payments will be charged on day that the project is started. Refunds are provided, as per the “REFUND POLICY” of this Terms of Service Agreement.
Client is solely responsible for the authenticity of the contents. We reserve the right to refuse the project for which content is offensive, illegal or subject to infringement.
The standard turnaround time for front page is 8 Hours and inner page is 4 hours. However the actual ETA depends upon the chosen layout, Integrations and complexity of work. The ETA will be given by project manager after careful analysis of the requirement. You can track your order status in our client area section of the website.
Issue resolutions and post-sales support
We fix all the issues without any extra charge till 30 days after delivery. After 30 days we charge with a flat rate of $20 per hour on any kind of fixes.
